PEDEVENDA Incrocio Manzoni IGT


Pedevenda is the name of the place where the pinot and the Manzoni bianco grapes are grown.

Here in the Faedo valley, three elements contribute to the fine aromas and to the good structure of this white: the marly soil, the south-east orientation of the vineyard and a constant good ventilation.

The planted area is of 0.95 hectars and the high density of the planted vines( 4,500 ) keeps the harvest as low as 6500 kilos of grapes.

Fermentazione in barili di legno
Controllo temperatura

Durata fermentazione e/o macerazione in bianco per almeno 15 giorni con lieviti selezionati
Affinamento nello stesso legno fino all'imbottigliamento (circa 9 mesi dalla vendemmia)
Modalità di stabilizzazione fisica con l'applicazione del freddo
Conservazione possibilmente in luogo asciutto, fresco e preferibilmente buio. Ottimo per 3-5 anni.
