The job of amplification and land improvement with the renovation
of the vineyards ( begun by dad Angelo) suffers a clean acceleration
and it continually progresses, till to reach in 1994 the amplification
of the wine cellar and the acquisition of a farm of 11 Hectars
in Arquà Petrarca commune: land not very deep, thin,
but warm and generous, absorbed in the magic atmosphere of the
Euganean Hills that has conquered the great Francesco Petrarca
and recently the poetess Victoria Aganoor Pompilj.
Today the business dimension is of 40 Hectars of which 25
are in vineyard for more than the half in ownership and the
rest is in rent; the olive-grove is well represented as
the wood and the permanent lawns are rich of spontaneous
flora of great naturalistic interest.
The business center with the wine cellar and the "historical"
vineyards looks from the top the Faedo valley.
Besides the grounds in Cà Lustra and the Arquà
Petrarca estate denominated "GIRAPOGGIO", other
farms are also cultivated: Costa Verde, Belvedere, Villa Alessi,
Sottovenda, Tére Bianche, Peraréto, Monte Cinto
and Monte Versa. Their small areas have particular pedological
characteristics and exposureand; they also constitute an important
territorial diversification for a rational position of the different
varieties that can fully express their characteristics.
